BBH Reviews

One of our favorites in New Zealand. Great self build hostel on the hill with stunning view of the Tasman Sea. The hosts are really lovely and gain a spot in your heart. Amazing place to really relax.

What a breathtaking view and beautiful place to stay and relax for a while. Wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts are so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The main house is really cosy, well maintained and organized. Definitely a must!

The view is marvellous! We were the only guests and loved to cook there and to enjoy the view. They had great recommendations e.g. for the charming creek walk and for going to Karamea.
