Using your BBH Club Card

Purchasing of BBH Club Cards has been suspended while the booking system on the BBH website is offline.
Existing BBH Club Card holders still get their benefits until their card expiry.
When booking directly with hostels let them know you are BBH Club Card holders and on arrival you will need to show your Electronic BBH Club Card(s). Please see the section below on getting and presenting your Electronic BBH Club Card.
Discount is once again calculated per person and each person showing a valid Electronic BBH Club Card will qualify for 10% off their accommodation cost.
You will NOT qualify for any BBH Club Card discount if you book hostels through 3rd party agents or websites - you must book directly with the hostel to qualify.
The Electronic BBH Club Card is downloaded as a PDF document. Store this document on your phone so that you can open it when you check-in at the hostel as proof of your BBH membership.
You may not have data coverage when you check-in, therefore, download the Electronic Club Card in advance.
To generate your Electronic BBH Club Card, you will first need to upload a Profile Image as this is contained in your card as proof of ownership. To do this, log onto the BBH website, click the "My Personal Details" button and open the "Profile Image" section. Follow the instructions to upload your profile image, which should be a clear head and shoulders type picture.
In the "Your BBH Club Card" section of the same page, you can then click the "Download Electronic Club Card" button and the Electronic Club Card will be downloaded to the device you are using. You may like to move it to a folder on your phone that you can access easily.
If you tick the "Download my Electronic Club Card and those of the Additional Travellers" option, the document will contain your Electronic BBH Club Card and those for the Additional Travellers listed on your profile. See below on how to set their Profile Image.
To generate the Electronic BBH Club Card for an Additional Traveller, you will first need to upload a Profile Image for that person. To do this, log onto the BBH website, click the "My Personal Details" button and open the "Additional Travellers" section. click the "Change" button under the blank profile image and follow the instructions to upload their profile image, which should be a clear head and shoulders type picture.
Clicking the "Download Electronic Card" button will download the document to your device. You can forward to them as required.
If you wish to email their Electronic Club Card to yourself, open the "your BBH Club Card" section on the same page, tick the "Email me my Electronic Club Card and those of the Additional Travellers" option and click the "Email Electronic Club Card" button.
